The Quester ITB is now available as a Confirmit Flex Extension. Confirmit Flex allows external applications to extend the capabilities of Confirmit. Think of Confirmit Flex as an “App Store” for the Confirmit platform.

Now you can add Quester’s software moderator to enhance open ended question responses via probing with no technical knowledge or additional programming. The Quester ITB Confirmit Flex Extension is as simple to setup as any other widgets (checkboxes, radio buttons, etc…) in the Confirmit survey editor.

Send an email to support@quester.com to have the ITB Flex Extension added to your Confirmit account.

New guides on how to use the ITB in popular survey platforms have been posted on the Survey Platforms page.

Currently there are guides for Confirmit, Qualtrics and SurveyGizmo. More are coming soon. Contact us with other survey platforms you would like to see guides for. Also keep in mind the ITB can be used in practically any survey platform available even if we do not have a guide for it.
